Energy payment support
The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) has set out ten new expectations of energy business to help residential and small business customers impacted by coronavirus (COVID-19) until at least 31 July 2020.
If you are experiencing hardship you should contact your energy supplier about a payment plan or hardship arrangements.
