About Seoul Food and Hotel
With the Korea-Australia Free Trade Agreement (KAFTA) entering into force in December 2014 many products will now enter Korea duty free for the first time or will experience tariff reduction over the coming years. Seoul Food and Hotel 2016 provides a timely opportunity for Victorian companies wanting to promote their products and position themselves to capture benefits that are expected to result from the new agreement.
Seoul Food and Hotel is the largest trade only food and beverage exhibition in Korea. In 2014 the exhibition attracted over 1300 exhibitors and over 47,000 trade visitors during the 4 day event.
The Victorian Government will host a Victorian Pavilion at Seoul Food and Hotel and will be supporting eligible Victorian organisation to exhibit. Space is limited, so please register your application as soon as possible.
For interested organisations, the Victorian Government will also be leading a trade mission to HOFEX in the week before Seoul Food & Hotel.
Participants can register for either one, or both, of the Trade Missions (Seoul Food & Hotel and HOFEX). Participants who choose to register for both must complete two application forms, one for each mission.
Trade mission participants will be introduced to potential qualified importers, distributors and end users and have the opportunity to showcase their products and services with support from Victorian Government staff based in the market.
Applicants will be subject to an approval process and participation will be at the discretion of the Victorian Government. Learn more about the Victorian Government's export initiatives at export.vic.gov.au
