Small Business Victoria have partnered with Reed Gift Fairs to highlight the importance of small business in the lead up to Christmas.
Reed Gift Fairs showcases the largest annual collection of wholesaling brands and products in the country. Just in time for Christmas, retailers can explore and plan their stock for the busy holiday period.
This year Reed Gift Fairs is located at both Melbourne Showgrounds and Melbourne Convention Centre. More than 600 exhibitors will highlight what Victoria’s designers, retailers, buyers and sellers have to offer in 2018.
The venues will also act as networking forums to create business connections and sales.
Small Business Victoria is excited to be partnering with Reed Gift Fairs this year. The Small Business Bus will be present at the Melbourne Showgrounds to offer free business advice via the small business mentoring service.
Reed Gift Fairs alliance with Small Business Victoria will also see a selection of Indigenous Australian-owned businesses showcasing their products.
Authentic Aboriginal giftware, souvenirs and products reflecting the Aboriginal culture of south-east Australia will be on display from the following businesses:
- The Koorie Circle - Aboriginal jewellery pieces that tell a story, celebrating the culture, history and identity of Aboriginal Australia
- Yarn Strong Sista specialise in a range of Aboriginal Early Childhood Education Resources including Artefacts, Dolls, Children's Music, Children's Books, Games, Felt Hand and Finger Puppets, Felt Mats for Storytelling, Puzzles, and Teachers Resource Guides
- Ngarga Warendj - Dancing Wombat - High-quality Indigenous giftware using designs based on traditional symbols from South-East Australia.
