This interactive workshop will give participants a clearer understanding of the crisis planning process. They will be able to identify key risks for their business and develop strategies to minimise risk. Learn how to use a range of problem solving and emergency planning development tools. A one-on-one session with a business mentor experienced in crisis planning will assist preparing a crisis management plan. *Participants completing this workshop are eligible for one free mentoring session.
