Open the Application for Participation form, fill it in and submit it to us online. It will then be assessed against the festival events criteria (see below).
You will receive acknowledgement of receipt of your application, and if it is assessed as meeting the criteria, you will also receive an invoice for $400+GST (the only fee attached to being involved with EE) and a Letter of Agreement. (Sample of a Letter of Agreement (PDF 22Kb)
)
Once payment of invoice and your signed letter of agreement are received we will send you a user name and password, which allows you to enter the Energise Enterprise Participating Organisations website. This will allow you to request materials and other information as well as entering details of your event(s) into the Energise Enterprise 08 Event Guide.
Festival Events Criteria
All events included in Energise Enterprise 08 need to focus on:
- disseminating information to small business about the breadth of programs, events, support and services available to them. This can be through the materials Victorian Government supply to all Hosts/Participating Organisations
- delivering pratical skills, information or advice on how to start or grow a small business. Some examples of topics include (but are not limited to): effective marketing, intellectual property, franchising, finance and regulatory issues
Additionally:
- events should be low-cost or cost-recovery wherever possible to encourage small business to become involved
- all organisations participating in the Energise Enterprise 08 are required to fund their event/s, brand their events with festival branding and provide evaluation of their events to the Victorian Government at the completion of the festival
