The Network Program encourages small to medium sized enterprises to cooperate in strategic areas of business and to exploit opportunities beyond the reach of the individual firms.
A subsidy of 75 percent up to a maximum of $15,000 is available.
Support is available to establish networks, including customer supplier networks, innovation networks and lead firm networks.

The program does not prescribe any particular legal structure for the network but does require the network to show that it has had independent professional advice on the issue.
There must be three or more businesses participating in a subsidised Grow Your Business - Network program and they must satisfy the following criteria:
* While all participating businesses must meet the eligibility criteria, a lead business is required to be financially viable. The lead business will be financially assessed and asked to provide a financial report for the last two financial years.
** A business that falls under the definition of tradeable services include manufacturers (as indicated by the ANZSIC classification system) and service firms, showing they face import competition, are exporting or have the potential to export or internationalise their business operations in other ways.
