Going into business workshops aim to educate would-be entrepreneurs about the steps involved in setting up a small business.
Using case studies and activities, this workshop guides you through the essential steps involved in going into business.
At the end of the workshop you will have covered the steps involved in the business planning process and should be prepared to produce your own business plan. The workshop will also outline the type of experts you should consult before you take the step of going into business.
Each workshop runs for three-and-a-half hours, and costs no more than $30 per person*. The cost includes a one-hour, one-on-one business counselling session with an experienced business counsellor, to be arranged by appointment, following completion of the workshop.
